Inspect at night, in rain or in a tight garage
Poor conditions require more context, not certainty. Stabilize the phone, use available fixed light, take overlapping views and record that rain, darkness or tight space limited visibility.
Wipe the camera lens, not the vehicle surface, and avoid standing in traffic lanes.
Change your angle to move glare across paint or glass; do not rely on one flash-lit frame.
In a tight bay, take overlapping side sections plus both corners.
Repeat affected views in better light when practical and keep both sets.
