Working offline and local-storage risk
After one successful load, rental creation, local capture, retained-reference return guidance and available comparison work in airplane mode. Online output and recovery services do not.
Test airplane mode before travel and open a bundled help page while disconnected.
Treat ‘Saved on this device’ as local-only, even when persistent storage was granted.
Do not close the app during an active save or foreground cloud upload.
