Deletion, retention and privacy
Cloud evidence uses a disclosed v1 default of 365 days. Each capture stores device-reported UTC time, available coordinates and browser/device details locally; precise location depends on permission and hardware. Nothing is uploaded until separate preservation consent.
Delete local and remote copies separately so one action never silently removes the other.
Remote deletion immediately revokes access, then retries removal of sources, outputs, grants and sessions.
Location stays optional; the report information is supporting evidence, not independent legal proof, and evidence is not used for advertising, tracking or model training.
